SIFMA AMG provided updated recommendations to the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) on optimization of the Commission’s Part 37 requirements for Swap Execution Facilities (“SEF”) promulgated under the Commodity Exchange Act (“CEA”).
