SIFMA, the European Primary Dealers Association (EPDA) and the European High Yield Association (EHYA) provides comments to the Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR) on the CESR Consultation Paper, Non-Equity Markets Transparency. The groups response stem from the CESR’s Call for Evidence on the Consultation Paper. The groups’ comments build on its previous joint work on responses to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) Discussion Paper on Trading Transparency in the UK Secondary Bond Market in December 2005 by updating the data to reflect market and other developments since the original assessment.
