Course Description This session explores the challenges of managing multicultural/multilocation teams and how to define best practices for your organization. John will lead interactive discussions and exercises to build awareness of the importance of sharing empathy. John will present ways to keep personnel focused and engaged by modeling a positive attitude and innovative mindset and how it can help the long-term stability of your employees and business. Learning Objectives:- Ideas to support team members that may or may not be working remotely. They may be juggling children, monitoring distance learning, other inevitable distractions, health concerns, experiencing overall fatigue with a new set of unforeseen pressures, and a myriad of other factors
- Recognizing and acting to support your employees or reports to maintain contact and collaborative efforts with their colleagues. Create practices to avoid erosion of connectedness and distancing from high-functioning teamwork mindsets (silos)
- Maintaining focus and the discipline to produce exceptional work and on time
- Allowing for empathy for yourself, your employees, and others when their social, work, health, and financial lives may be in a great state of flux
